Erica Piotrowski

Before forming A Squared Realty, Erica has worked in Real Estate 11 years for brokers in Macomb County. She spent her formative years working directly with investors on flips as well as traditional buyers and sellers. Erica draws on the values of grit, tenacity, integrity, and respect. Erica believes frequent and open communication is essential to realtor-client relationships and works hard to solve problems so her clients don't have to. Erica learned early on you cannot predict the weather but you can put yourself in the best position to respond to it and Erica strives to protect and assist her clients when storms arrive. Erica is a married mother of 3 children and has deep roots to the Macomb County and surrounding areas.

Whether he is showing houses, managing properties, or meeting with clients you can be sure that he is always working to make sure every deal goes as smoothly as possible. With decades of experience on all angles of the real estate market you can be sure that the knowledge he brings to the table will make you feel comfortable as you move through your real estate adventures! When not at work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and admiring the beauty of the sunset at his up north cottage, after a full day of playing on the lake of course!
Valerie Austin

Valerie brings over a decade of experience to our team. She has worked many aspects of the market from working with investors in auction and rehab properties to working with private buyers to find their dream home and helping seller’s get the most out of their home. Valerie is a full-time elementary school teacher and mom whose passion for the real estate market provides an excellent extracurricular activity. One of the great things about working with our team is we support each other and each other’s clients ensuring that they always get the best service and support!
